Longing
Taken at Adelaide Zoo this photo conveys the relationship between animal and photographer. This young Sumatran tiger named Kemiri holds a special place in my heart. Over a period of time a close bond was formed. When I arrived at the zoo she would come down and greet me and rub her face against the cage. This image conveys the longing for her to get closer to me. The bars are there but fade away when I look at her through my lens.
